  • Patricia's house is in a small village on the island of Aegina, which is 40 minutes by Aerospace from Piraeus/Athens , or 1 hour 15 minutes by car ferry. This means you can have both the bustling city life of Athens and the quiet of the Island. It is a 3 minute drive from the nearest beach Aghia Marina and 10 minute drive from the famous Temple Aphaia . I am making available from my house , a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom. The ground floor is comprised of a living room-dining room and open kitchen . Plus an eco fireplace. The property is gated and has a large balcony on both the bedrooms and the living room.There is a forest at the back of the property, great for long walks and the area generally is great for walking and has many known hiking trails . The village has a bakery , a local supermarket with all that you need together with a great local Cafenio
