Your additional GuestPoints will arrive in your account on February 17th 2026.
The person you have referred will automatically receive 100 GuestPoints when they complete their profile and home listing, and 650 GuestPoints upon joining. They will receive the additional 250 GuestPoints* on February 17th 2026.
As a referrer, you will automatically receive 50 GuestPoints when your referral completes their profile and home listing, and 200 GuestPoints once they start their membership. You will also receive an additional 250 GuestPoints* on February 17th 2026.
You will be automatically entered into the prize draw

- Referral offer valid for any referred person and for any first membership of the referred person taken out between January 10th and January 31st 2026.
- This offer grants 250 additional referral GuestPoints to the referrer, provided that both the referrer and the referred person have an active membership on February 15th 2026. These GuestPoints will be added on that date.
- The referrer will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a refund of their annual membership fee and that of their first referral during the referral offer, provided that both the referrer and the referral have an active membership on February 15th 2026. A total of 6 memberships are up for grabs: 3 for referrers and 3 for referrals.
- Offer limited to 3 referrals during the period, for a maximum of 750 additional referral GuestPoints.
- This offer is in addition to the usual 250 referral GuestPoints for the referrer, which are added automatically: 50 GuestPoints when your referral completes their home listing and 200 GuestPoints when their membership is activated.
- This offer is in addition to the usual 250 referral GuestPoints for the referred friend, which are added automatically: 100 GuestPoints when they complete their profile and home listing, and 150 GuestPoints when they activate their membership
- If you have already referred 10 people and you refer new people who activate their membership during the period of this limited offer, you will not receive the usual referral GuestPoints, but you will still receive the additional 250 GuestPoints and your entry into the contest will also be taken into account if you are eligible.
- Sharing your referral code on social media is not permitted, including on Facebook HomeExchange groups, and the promotion will not apply if the code is spotted by our teams. Only official HomeExchange partners are authorized to share their codes on social media. We remind you that we only accept one membership per household.
