Once they're on board, all they need to do is sign up on HomeExchange and activate their annual membership before September 30, 2026, at midnight, so you both get to enjoy this special offer. A friendly reminder from you could make all the difference.
Your bonus GuestPoints arrive on October 15, 2026
Your referee automatically receives 100 GuestPoints once their listing is complete, then 650 GuestPoints when they activate their membership. Their 250 bonus GuestPoints* arrive on October 15, 2026.
On your side, you automatically receive 50 GuestPoints when your referee completes their listing, then 200 GuestPoints when they activate their membership. Your 250 bonus GuestPoints* also arrive on October 15, 2026.
You will be automatically entered into the prize draw

*Legal terms and conditions:
- This referral offer applies to any referred person whose first membership is activated between September 9 and September 30, 2026.
- Referrers are automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to have their annual membership refunded, along with that of their first referee during the offer period. A total of 6 memberships are at stake: 3 for referrers and 3 for referees.
- To receive the bonus of 250 GuestPoints and be entered into the prize draw, both the referrer and the referee must have an active membership as of October 15, 2026. The membership must have been paid in full in a single payment (installment payments are not eligible), with no refunds issued. The bonus GuestPoints will be added on that date.
- This offer is limited to 3 referrals during the offer period, for a maximum of 750 bonus GuestPoints.
- This offer is in addition to the standard referral bonus of 250 GuestPoints for the referrer, added automatically: 50 GuestPoints when your referee completes their listing, and 200 GuestPoints when they activate their membership.
- This offer is in addition to the standard referral bonus of 250 GuestPoints for the referee, added automatically: 100 GuestPoints when they complete their listing, and 150 GuestPoints when they activate their membership.
- If you have already referred 10 people and refer new members who activate their membership during this limited offer period, you will not receive the standard referral GuestPoints. You will, however, still receive the 250 bonus GuestPoints, and your entry into the prize draw will be counted if you are eligible.
- Sharing your referral code on social media is not permitted, including in home exchange Facebook groups. If our teams identify a code being shared this way, the offer will not apply. Only official HomeExchange partners are authorized to share their codes on social media. We only accept one membership per household. Any fraudulent activity will be taken seriously, and HomeExchange reserves the right to permanently close your account.
