For everyone else, here's a detailed explanation:
1. Your referrer has invited you to join HomeExchange by sharing their referral code.
2. You must sign up before midnight on January 31st 2026.
3. You'll get a reward:
For you: 1,000 GuestPoints in three stages: you will automatically receive 100 GuestPoints when you complete your home listing and 650 GuestPoints after you start your membership. You will receive the additional 250 GuestPoints* on February 17th 2026.
4. Your referrer gets their reward: yes, everyone wins!
Your referrer will automatically receive 50 GuestPoints when you complete your home listing and 200 GuestPoints when you start your membership. They will also receive the additional 250 GuestPoints* on February 17th 2026.
5. You are both entered into the prize draw.
We are offering a total of 6 memberships: 3 for referrals and 3 for their referrers. The prize draw will take place on February 16th 2026, and we will notify the winners by email on February 17th 2026. Fingers crossed... 🤞

*Legal terms and conditions
- Referral offer valid for anyone referred who activates their first membership between January 10th and January 31st 2026 inclusive.
- The referrer will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a refund of their annual membership fee and that of their first referral during the referral offer period. A total of 6 memberships are up for grabs: 3 for referrers and 3 for referrals. The membership fee will be refunded to the account used to make the payment. If several referrals have been referred and have activated their membership, only the first referral will be eligible for a refund of their membership fee.
- To receive the additional 250 GuestPoints and be eligible for the prize draw, both the referrer and the friend they have referred must have an active membership on February 15th 2026. The membership must have been paid for in a single payment; payments in installments are not eligible. In addition, no refunds must have been made to the referred friend's account.
- This offer is in addition to the usual 250 referral GuestPoints for the referred friend, which are added automatically: 100 GuestPoints when you finalize your home listing (you may have already received these if you created an account with your friend's referral code before the begiining of this promotion) and 150 GuestPoints when you start your membership. You will also receive 500 GuestPoints when you first subscribe, for a total of 750 GuestPoints added automatically.
- This offer is in addition to the usual 250 referral GuestPoints for the referrer, which are added automatically: 50 GuestPoints when the referred friend completes their home listing and 200 GuestPoints when they activate their membership, provided the referre has not yet reached the limit of 10 referrals.
- Please note that we only accept one membership per household (family/couple). Any attempt at fraud will be punished, and HomeExchange reserves the right to permanently close your account.
