With an annual HomeExchange membership, whether you're a host or a guest, you can count on us to be there for you if anything unexpected happens.
Property damage
In the event of property damage at your home, HomeExchange has implemented a security deposit* system that applies to all members.
Damage to the home
If your home is damaged, HomeExchange will cover the cost of repairs, up to a certain amount.**
