What you will love about this home

Take a look at the photos, it can be a love nest or a party place. It has art, books, music, internet, privacy, views, close to town, a great place to watch the sun go down or come up. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a fire place for cozy evenings.

What you will love about this neighborhood

There are hiking trails right out the door. It is 2 hours to some of the best skiing in the world; Aspen, Snowmass to the east and Telluride to the west. Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is less than an hour away and Colorado National Monument is 90 minutes. Arches, Canyonlands National Parks and Moab are 150 miles away. There are many local wineries and organic grocers and restaurants. Paonia is a bit of rustic and artsy hip western Colorado. The views from the patio are great. I rent it thru Air B&B so you can read reviews there if you'd like.
