Two types of home exchanges
GuestPoints exchanges
Host members at your home and receive GuestPoints in exchange. You can then use these GuestPoints to stay at other members' homes.
Example
One night at your home is worth 150 GuestPoints. If you host Gabriel for 2 nights, you will receive 300 GuestPoints.
With these 300 GuestPoints, you can spend 3 nights at Sonia’s home, where one night is worth 100 GuestPoints.

Has your host cancelled the exchange?
In the event of a cancellation, HomeExchange will find alternative accommodation or cover your accommodation costs (terms and conditions apply).
Is the accommodation not as described in the home listing?
If the home doesn't match what was originally described, we will find you an alternative solution.
Has an incident occurred during your stay?
In the event of accidental damage caused by you, your deposit covers the costs to your host. If necessary, HomeExchange will cover the rest.
