Creating their account and completing their home listing is FREE! Here is the full process:

CREATE YOUR PROFILE AND ADD YOUR HOME

Create your profile and house listing by adding images and a nice description. Get your ID and house address verified for free!

SEARCH houses AND CONTACT MEMBERS

Once your profile is complete, you can start searching for your next vacation. Contact other members or save their houses to your favorites.

Finalize and join for
just $220/year

Message members to offer a reciprocal or GuestPoints exchange. Once the exchange is finalized, pay a flat yearly membership fee of $220.

Account creation

Was your audience receptive to HomeExchange and all the benefits of home exchanging? Good news! the creation of their account is completely free.

Good to know: Throughout the signup process, your audience will receive complementary GuestPoints (that they can use towards travel) to motivate them to complete all the steps.

Membership for $220/year

Once their account and home are completed, they can contact members to offer a reciprocal or GuestPoints exchange. Once the exchange is finalized, they take the membership.

Good to know: Members are offered to submit their ID and home address to verify their profile. You won't get commissioned on this step, but it reinforces the safety within our community.

Home listing completion

Completing their home listing with a description and photos are crucial steps, as they won't be able to contact other members until it's completed to at least 80%.

Good to know: Members pay this one-time fee and can travel as much as they want for 12 months, while benefiting from our guarantees, damage coverage up to $1M, and member support.
