È un piccolo appartamento, si trova al primo piano, la per arrivarci è un po' ripida perché si trova in una struttura in sasso molto antica. Si entra in una stanza da letto grande con letto singolo e letto matrimoniale. Da qui si va in bagno con doccia e bidet e in sala grande con tavolo da pranzo, divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cucina con piccolo frigo, microonde, piano a induzione e piccolo fornetto. C'è anche una tv ma con antenna a sentimento... Il posto è molto tranquillo, si trova nel centro storico del paese,tra due fiumi, il Magra e il verde, su una strada pedonale(consentito lo scarico e carico ad esempio dei bagagli), il parcheggio più vicino è su una strada a 200 metri. Non è un gran lusso, ma è una buona posizione per muoversi a piedi nella città di Pontremoli e Pontremoli è vicina a tanti altri bei borghi della lunigiana.
