What you will love about this home

Our home is a lovely spacious new build detached property only 1 year old. we have 5 Bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, 1 large single bedroom and a very small single bedroom that is currently used as an office but we do have a ZBed and Camp bed should extra be needed and we also have a family Bathroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, dining & family lounge area with 2 sets of patio doors that open onto a large garden. There is also a separate lounge with 55 inch TV, with Cable and Wifi and a downstairs WC. We have a large back garden with trampoline, decked area with corner outdoor seating/dining, grassed area with football net and a fire pit and Bbq area. If you require cribs or cots, we can get these for you. We are minutes from the countryside and local M6 motorway that takes you to the North of England or the South of England.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Sandbach is a small market town with a lovely cobbled square and we have lots of lovely Bars, Cafes and cocktail Bars and Local Restaurants, such as Italian, Greek, Mediteranean, Thai, British cuisine, Indian, Chinese. A weekly market on Thursdays and a Makers market once per month selling local, art, food and drinks
