Our home is a cozy country cottage but in the city! It sits on 1/2 acres. Clean, charming and thoughtfully decorated. Outdoor spaces from a large porch, backyard dining, chicken coop and run. Garden and fire pit. Beautiful large trees and fully fenced yard.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Cherry Hills Village is a very wealthy neighborhood located just 7 miles to downtown Denver. It has a rural feel and has residents from our local professions athletics, governors etc.... You will often see horses on a stroll, dogs walking down our beautiful tree lined streets. It is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery, parks and pathways!
