It is gated with 24 hour security. The home has full on mountain and city views with high end appliances. Air hockey, golf cart, available for use. Private fishing on the South Platte River for residents only is available anytime. Hiking Watertown Canton, where up close encounters of Big Horn Sheep is a one minute drive from the subdivision and Chatfield reservoir is a 5 minute drive for fishing, boating, water skiing and many hiking trails. The Audobon Society has a center with various presentations throughout the year, at the Water Canyon entrance. The Botanical Gardens is a 7 minute drive away.
