How do I activate my gift card?

It’s very easy to activate your HomeExchange gift card! Just send us an email at gift@homeexchange.com with the following info: first name, last name, email, and gift card number displayed your gift card. You will receive a confirmation email once your Membership has been activated.

Does my gift card have an expiration date?

Yes. The expiration date is indicated on your HomeExchange gift card. Remember to send an email to gift@homeexchange.com before your gift card’s expiration date to activate your HomeExchange Membership.

What happens if I lose my gift card?

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Send us on email at gift@homeexchange.com with the first name, last name, and email address of the person that gave you the gift card. We will contact this person to verify that you are the true recipient of the HomeExchange gift card.

Do I need to pay the HomeExchange Membership fee?

No. Signing up on HomeExchange is free. Once you sign up, you will complete your profile, add your home information, and start looking for your next vacation. Before finalizing your trip, send a message to gift@homeexchange.com to activate your HomeExchange Membership.

How do I organize a vacation on HomeExchange?

You can find more information about HomeExchange here. Don’t hesitate to request more information from the person who gave you the gift card or contact us directly at gift@homeexchange.com.

Can I add multiple gift cards to my account?

No, you can only use one gift card per Membership.
