la villetta si presenta su due livelli, Zona Giorno e Zona Notte e dispone di n° 6 posti letto in totale( + una culla se necessario) distribuiti in una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cameretta con letto a castello al piano primo, dove è ubicato anche un bagno completo con doccia, ed un divano letto matrimoniale in salone dove è presente una Smart TV da 65"a schermo piatto con canali satellitari.
Al piano terra è presente una cucina soggiorno attrezzata con forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero, congelatore, Smart Tv, una lavatrice e il secondo bagno completo con doccia.
Completano la casa una veranda attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, gazebo, barbecue e n°2 docce solari ed un giardinetto.
