Tastefully decorated in local art the house is bright, spacious, well appointed and offers numerous sitting and lounging zones all focused on the stunning view. With the estuary in front and the wooded park behind it is a bird watchers paradise. The trail behind the house leads to historic downtown Courtenay and is one of the most popular walks in the city. For those who enjoy the snow, Vancouver Island's premier ski destination - Mount Washington - is only a 30 minute drive away. Given the number of golf courses in the area, you may just be able to make a few turns on the hill before your afternoon tee time! Although private and peaceful, the house is conveniently located only a 3 minute drive from a major service center (including Walmart).
