I have three bedrooms, the master has a queen, and I have two other rooms with single beds. Pool to swim in in the summer. So close to downtown!

My neighbourhood is lovely! There is a field and walking paths starting right across the road that takes you to Colquitz River Park. Playground and tennis courts near by. In the summer you will have access to an outdoor pool for the complex! There is a mall, movie theatre and grocery store less than 5 min drive away. My house is a 5 minute walking distance from a major bus route. 20-25 minutes from the ferry.

My townhouse complex only allows 1 dog, but a potty trained dog is welcome!
