What you will love about this home

I moved from my hometown of Los Angeles 13 years ago to Denver for a reason ... the air quality and things to do. We are surrounded by Colorado's beautiful Rocky Mountains visible from where I live. Across the street to great restaurants, parks, bus system, light rail and freeway. Always a quick drive to all there is to do here. My Luxury Apartment is in the heart of Denver Tech Center. So, many of my favorite restaurants are literally across the street or a couple blocks away. Freeway (I-25) is a few blocks away as well as Light Rail system, parks and entertainment. We have 5 of the BEST Steak Houses within a few miles as well as 2 of my favorite breakfast cafes (Original Pancake House and Delectable Egg). The other residents are all mature professionals. We have a Business Center, Resident Entertainment room w/large kitchen, 24/7 beautiful gym as well as 365 heated pool and jacuzzi with BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating. Step out the front door and you're 30 steps from the 24/7 fully loaded gym, large heated pool, business center, resident room, outdoor seating with fireplaces, then cross the street to some of my most frequented shops and places I spend time at. A very friendly environment, well kept full of amenities for your convenience. A reserved parking space and my apartment all on the first floor - just the way I like it! My patio has bistro seating overlooking our beautiful Courtyard, Pool & Jacuzzi, yet very private. I often have my meals and coffee here if not across the street at the Original Pancake House that my daughter and I walk to.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Denver is known for our amazing Rocky Mountain filtered water as it pours down from the Rockies. That's why our beer is known for the best tasting cleanest beer around with Coors factory nearby for tours and many breweries to taste. Coming from being born and raised in Los Angeles, when I moved here, I was in shock with how "fresh" the air is here. When I fly back to L.A., I am welcomed with headaches within 24 hours, so I am aware of the air quality difference. Just taking a deep breathe in ... will remind you that you are 5280 feet above sea level. Below are some links to help get you around and decide what to do when you're here. From this location, you can drive to ski areas, downtown Denver, see all 5 Sports teams, take a stunning drive through the Rocky Mountains through Estes Park and the adorable little towns while passing Elk and Buffalo on the side of the roads.
