What you will love about this home

Our home is comfortable, clean, spacious with an easy to cook, fully equipped kitchen. We enjoy our Mediterranean life style lightly decorated with Thai furniture. The 2 story house has a large living room with a TV unit where you can enjoy international channels, movie channels, Apple TV and Netflix. The bedrooms are on the ground level with access to the garden. We have a joyful, friendly resident in our garden, a flat-coated retriever adopted from a shelter. Our terrace has also a visitor, an orange tabby. We hope you will enjoy the nature, the climate and our friendly pets. We wish to accommodate any nature, animal and sports lovers. We love cycling and outdoor activities; you may feel free to use our bicycles. We would like to share with you that we also have a summer home in Urla - Yagcilar - İzmir, also known as the Tuscany of Turkey. Urla is known with its fruity and delicious wine and local fresh produce. Due to its position on the Cesme peninsula you have access to nature, sea, culture, sports and a delicious gastronomy. The windy climate gives you a wonderful opportunity to surf. Cycling is great if you wish to explore the gentle hilly vine fields, breathtaking freshness of pine forests and the cold but healing dark blue, clean Aegean sea. The house is fully equipped for use in all seasons. This house can be available anytime you wish to exchange.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our house is 15 minutes from a great beach where you can enjoy the black sea coast for swimming and wind surfing. The biggest forest of İstanbul is the Belgrad forest 15 minutes from home, you can either enjoy the 6 km route or roam around and in the forest freely and safely. The hilly terrain offers you an intermediate to advance cycling experience. The free shuttle takes you to Sariyer where you can enjoy any kind of local shopping from fresh produce to restaurants and sea side cafes. You can walk on the Bosphorus for hours enjoying the tea houses, friendly and helpful people, beautiful buildings, breathtaking scenery and if you are lucky you can see the dancing dolphins. You can also take the boat to the old town in the morning and return in the evening. The metro station is 15 minutes to our house so you can easily enjoy the whole city with its endless history and rich culture.

Comfortable house in a quite, safe and green compound. Excellent location in northern Istanbul, 15 minutes each to the Bosphorus, the beach and the forest. Our terrace is a pleasant, relaxing, loving space surrounded by jasmine flowers.
