What you will love about this home

Our beautiful 4,500 square foot home was updated in 2005. New bathrooms and kitchen throughout. The open layout is inviting and warm. Sunlight streams through the large windows and sky lights. Glass doors lead out to a 500 square foot deck as well as a flagstone patio. The views, sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. Our home is a family oasis with a huge trampoline, playset/swing set, hammock in the shade of the trees, and a fun fish pond. Our property backs up to a creek and walking trails. The master offers a California King bed, blackout drapes and a five piece bathroom. The second bedroom has double (full size mattress) bunkbeds and an adjoining bathroom (and blackout drapes). The third bedroom has bunkbeds (and blackout drapes). The basement has a wonderful open floor plan and french doors leading out into the backyard. There is a futon that converts into a full size bed, a play area, and a media room to watch movies or workout, treadmill and weights. We have three living areas, three fireplaces, three large televisions, wifi and we have x-box consoles and games. Upstairs laundry and two desks/office areas if you need to get work done. Our property is so peaceful, sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset or looking out any of the many windows at the lovely surrounding views will surely make you feel like you are on a retreat. We are a six minute drive to the grocery store, library, restaurants and freeway. There are many fun things to do in our area and in Denver which is a short 20 minute drive away. Hiking trails, Recreational centers and indoor and outdoor pools with slides and water play areas, many playgrounds and parks, the Denver Art Museum, The Nature and Science Museum, The Children's Museum, The History Museum, Molly Brown House, and many mountain towns are just a few hours away: Vail, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, Estes Park, Loveland, and Keystone. Downtown Denver offers many exciting experiences: Five star restaurants, Comedy Clubs, Bars, Clubs, Concerts, and the Theater. What we love most about our house is that it feels like an oasis near the city. We have access to everything but walk outside and hear the birds and breeze. Our home feels like a peaceful, quiet retreat. If car exchange is part of the agreement, you will have access to a Lexus GX-470, it is in wonderful condition and has three rows of seats.
