What you will love about this home

Situated in the little village of Bollington in Macclesfield, Cheshire in the countryside. We live in a new build 3 bedroom semi-detached property at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Located 10 minute drive from Macclesfield, 25 minutes from Manchester airport and Manchester City Centre is 20 minutes on the train from Macclefield running every 15 Minutes. At the rear you will find a private garden with trampoline, patio area, furnished with BBQ. Ground Floor. Entrance hall with downstairs toilet. Lounge and kitchen dining room with fully equiped kitchen. Upstairs. 3 bedroom. 1 double bedroom, 1 single room and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. We can also offer a babies travel cot. The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. 30 seconds walk from our house you have the middlewood way (a cycle/bridleway spanning miles of countryside) and canal offering lots of local walking, as well as our local pub which is run by the local brewery and offers brilliant ales, food and the beer garden overlooks the recreation ground where cricket is played through the summer. There are also 10+ pubs, restaurants/ bistros in the village offering a great variety of food and drink options. Situated on the edge of the peak district, its a walkers paradise as well as a brilliant place for families and some of the best scenery in the UK. Whatever the time of year there are all kinds of things to do in the Peak District as well as some amazing villages to visit such as, Bakewell, Castleton, Derwent, Edale. Manchester is everything you need for a day or evening out, offering, shoppings, food,entertainments, nightlife. We are also, 2 hours drive from wales and an hour on the train fro Birmingham

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in Bollington a lovely quiet village. it has a lot of history as a mill village and is close to the Peak District. a 10 minute drive can take you up up in the hills with amazing walks and scenery of Manchester and the north of England. In the village there is 10+ pubs and restaurants to choose from. Our house is also close to to the middlewood way and canal.

The train to Manchester City Centre is 25minutes, Birmingham an hour and you can also get to London in a couple of hourse
