What you will love about this home
The house is practical and it has useful with all kinds of stuff to satisfy casual needs and 3 bedrooms with a large hall and two balconies. Kitchen, refrigerator, electric oven, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, plate, glasses, kettle and so forth.
Living room and bedrooms are furnished with modular furniture. One of the bedrooms has double bed, other two have two single beds and sofa beds also living room has a sofa bed. Also, Bath tub, shower, washing machine, hair dryer and electric thermosyphon are avaliable in bathroom.
Family car can be included in the exchange.(Mitsubishi Magnum L-200 4x4 - Our 2.nd car)
What you will love about this neighborhood
Our house is in the university campus which has sports complex features, hiking areas, restaurants and cafes and groomed regularly. The campus is located 1 km (about 0,6 miles) from the airport and sea views. Biggest Mall in the region and restaurants are in yhe walking distance from home, there are also bars and pubs.
The campus is safe and a private entrance and exits. Within the campus restaurant, café, laundry, hairdresser, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courses, hospital and medical center.
Trabzon city center is filled with a 24-hour transportation.
With daily tours from the city center, springs, lakes, ski center, rafting, Sumela Monastery, trips to surrounding cities and Batum. You can also do nature places and tours. There are also beach clubs to swim. E-mail us for more information.
Our neighbors are university academic staff. All of them have PhD and most of them are medical doctor.
