Amazing views. Easy walk to Historic downtown. Children at our house: Our house is NOT a child-friendly environment or house. We have a steep stairway, high end TV’s, fireplaces and appliances, white walls and white furniture none of which is childproof. Outside we have direct water access, a pool, hot tub, a pier, dock and boat lifts all of which are hazardous and require constant supervision. Basically, we prefer to exchange with another couple or two. Children 18 and under should never be allowed in the pool or pier area without direct supervision. Children age 12 and under are not allowed in the hot tub. If we do an exchange it is for the agreed upon number of guests. You cannot add guests without our consent in advance.

Walk to historic downtown. We are VERY clean, and VERY neat. Our house is VERY clean and we expect the same and will leave your house as we find it. We are most interested in ski vacation homes at internationally acclaimed ski resorts to exchange with Jan to mid-April. SORRY - we are NOT city people, we do not want to stay in your house in the Suburbs. We are only interested in comparable luxury home exchanges on the water or at a ski resort. Usually exchanges need to be simultaneous. NO POINTS (until we can use all the points we have now) PLEASE COMPARABLE EXCHANGES ONLY. We prefer exchanges with other adult couples. Only allow children when it is an exchange we are really excited about. Only interested in "Points" when we specifically post dates for points. No Pets ever.
