Our home is Colorado luxury, taken to studs and rebuilt/designed by professional interior designers. Wood floors, high-end appliances, huge master bath tub, ranch style house with basement, amazing lighting and decorations throughout. Our home truly is a relaxing oasis!

What you will love about this neighborhood

Nestled at the top of a hill overlooking pine trees with stunning views of the Rockies, our home is adjacent to amazing neighborhood hiking trails and 5 minutes from Downtown Castle Rock, with shopping and great food. There are TONS of outdoor activities within a 5 min drive - Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course is one of the best public courses in Colorado, local hiking at Dawson's Butte, Castle Canyon state park, bike trails throughout Castle Rock, the Miller Activity Complex with zip lines, ropes course, and more. Red Rocks Amphitheater, Roxborough State park, Chatfield Reservoir are all 30 minutes away. Our house is less than 30 minutes from downtown Denver and 35 minutes from Colorado Springs. Boulder, Garden of the Gods, and Cave of the Winds are all about a 1 hour drive. We are a little less than a 2 hour drive to Breckenridge and Vail, so come enjoy our house and book a ski trip.
