What you will love about this home

My apartment has beautiful sun light, is cozy and quiet. It is humble but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is one of its best features. At the corner is Beaubien street, where you will find grocery stores, bakeries, a cheese store, SAQ (wine and beer store), cafes, restaurants, bars and parcs. It is directly on the bike path and an 5 minute walk to Beaubien metro station (on the orange line). **Please note that I only accept exchanges of a minimum of 3 nights.**

What you will love about this neighborhood

I live in La Petite Patrie, which is one of the most centric and dynamic neighborhoods of Montreal (and it is not to touristy!). So many cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby, it is hard to choose. Jean-Talon market and Little Italy are within a 20 minute walk. Close to the Plateau Mont-Royal and the Mile-End, it is very easy to get around in public transport, by bike or by foot.
