Our home is a California Craftsman Bungalow located 2 blocks from scenic downtown San Luis Obispo, located in the heart of the historic district. House was built in 1917 and completely restored in 2005. Creek is 100 meters from the front door. Walking distance to downtown and all of the San Luis Obispo's "Night Life" and the famous SLO Farmer's Market. Near trails, bike paths, running paths, and 5 miles away from multiple beaches. 45 minutes south of the famous Hearst Castle. Center of Central Coast California Wine Country. San Luis Obispo is listed as the happiest City in the United States. San Luis Obispo is located on the Central Coast of California in the exact middle between Los Angeles and San Francisco. SLO is located 1.5 hours north of Santa Barbara. It is the ideal central location for seeing all of the best parts of California. Weather maintains at a constant 20-29 degrees celsius in the summer and 15-25 degrees celsius in the winter during daytime hours.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our house is located two blocks from downtown San Luis Obispo. Downtown SLO contains a Farmer's Market, historical California Mission, bars, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. Cal Poly State University is only 1.5 miles to the north of our house. Family beaches are 5-7 miles away and prime surf spots are located 10 miles north in Morro Bay. We provide the surfboard. There is a state park with hiking trails and a fishing lake within a 30 minute drive. Biking, running, and hiking trails run-through and around San Luis Obispo County for miles and miles.
