Enjoy the famous colourful jellybean row homes in downtown St. John’s 15 minutes away, shopping and fine dining options abound or spend the day at home barbecuing, enjoying the hot tub, and fire pit, after a day paddle boarding on the pond. During early summer months, purchase freshly caught lobster from local fisherman at the nearby wharf, and cook at home in the provided boil up pot on the fire. The home is spacious, with 5 comfortably outfitted bedrooms including a primary room with king bed and full bathroom ensuite.
