Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

This is our main home. It is a 1930's Bauhaus and is located at the heart of the Gellert hill, in the center of Budapest. It was fully renovated in 2018. It is comfortable, open and full light. The living room with its large windows and the kitchen are sunny in the mornings and in the evenings. The flat has three bedrooms (parents, guest and kids rooms) and one large terrace where you can enjoy nice morning/evenings. Kitchens is equipped with top of the line, new appliances (no microwave). Bathroom is all new, top notch. Main sights are all within a few minutes walk (Gellert bath and Citadella 10 min), and there are great dinning places just around the corner (we can recommend). Although you will not get bored in Budapest and its surroundings, we do have a TV (Netflix, Amazon etc) and plenty of books. Wifi is available. And we have lots of toys: duplo, lego, farm animals, bruder tractors, wooden train set, dolls, board games, art supplies etc. There three best playgrounds are a 10 minute walk (we will show you where to find them). Feel free to use our roller and bicycles: two of the bikes are equipped with child seats in case you need them, and the other two are for the kids. Bike helmets are available, especially for the kids. Use the bike, it is best way to explore the area. There is free parking in the street where we live (very rare in Budapest). The flat is on the third floor overlooking the city, no elevators, stairs only.

The flat is surrounded by green areas yet you are fully in the city center, ideal location to spend your time in Budapest. There are loads of great local dinning places around our home within a 5-10 minute walking distance, it's all there. We will happily recommend you where to go. Also, you will find plenty of cafe options. There also are plenty of shopping possibilities around the area within a 10-15 minute walking distance: a fruit/vegetable/cheese/honey market, great local wine store, regular supermarkets, Allee, English speaking pharmacies etc. The bus #27 takes you right to our door. Otherwise, the newly renovated Móricz Zsigmond körtér (square) with a metro station from where bus 27 departs is a 15 min walk. A 5 min walk takes you to the trams which cover vast areas of the city so you are well connected.
