Verzoeken mogen alleen door jou zelf worden gedaan. We kunnen je vragen om een identiteitsbewijs als er twijfel bestaat over de identiteit van de aanvrager.
We reageren zo snel mogelijk op je verzoek, uiterlijk binnen drie maanden na ontvangst als het verzoek technisch complex is of als we veel verzoeken tegelijk ontvangen.
We kunnen altijd weigeren te reageren op buitensporige of ongegronde verzoeken, vooral als deze herhaaldelijk worden gedaan.
