The home is a charming apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen integrated into the living room, and two terraces (one covered and one uncovered) in a quiet and unique residential area (Valverde) with a pool nestled between mountains and forest, less than a kilometer from Cala Llonga beach on the island of Ibiza, in the town of Santa Eulalia del Río, one of the most desirable in Ibiza. The apartment is beautiful and pleasant, especially in spring and summer. The tourist area of Cala Llonga is a family-friendly beach with restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and public transportation. Santa Eulalia del Río is a five-minute drive away, and Ibiza Town is 15. A rental car is recommended to fully explore the area and the island.
