Please note I'm only interested in US or Canadian cities at this time, thanks! Available is a fully renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Modern South Facing Condo with plenty of sunshine year round in the heart of Vancouver. Unit will come fully furnished, with office space, a dining area, and all high end kitchen ware such as utensils, cookware, plates etc. All furniture shown in photos will be included. Unit also has dishwasher and Washer Dryer inside the unit. Condo is packed with smart features including all automated lighting, automated blinds, automated thermostat and voice activated light controls. It also has a gas fireplace and highend gas cooktop. It receives an incredible amount of sunshine all day since it has all day unobstructed views to the open sky. No dogs/cats or pets of any kind allowed and no smoking. Unit does not have a balcony. Does not automatically come with Parking however we may be able to come to an arrangement for parking. 30 day minimum and up to 60 days. Prefer single guest or couple.

Located in prestigious Coal Harbour in Downtown Vancouver. Located a block from dozens of restaurants, world famous Stanley Park, and the waterfront. Great shopping nearby on Robson Street and very close to cultural amenities such as the Art Gallery, clubs, bars, and theatres. Also located a 10 minutes walk from English Bay Beach. You won't need a car with this location.
