A unique round apartment with 270 degree panoramic views over the Goodwood park hill sanctuary, home to eagles, parrots, sunbirds, jungle fowls...yet near to Orchard Road, the main shopping belt in central Singapore. Enjoy a calming interior to relax, unwind, or do some reading or work. Simply walk out downstairs around the charming Goodwood park, in the neighborhood of a number of historical black and white colonial houses. Generous kitchen space with its own breakfast bar area. Enjoy a gas stove, large sink, oven, bread maker, smoothie maker, ice cream maker, fridge and freezer, rice cooker, pressure cooker. Washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher. Enjoy stunning sunrises at 6am. You can enjoy the condo facilities: pool, playground, huge kids' trampoline and security. Enjoy our conservatory C3 Yamaha grand piano, 2 guitars, Cajon Plenty toys and books in kid's room with two super singles and pull out bed to fit 3. Includes an indoor monkey bar for active kids, and an aerial yoga sling in the master bedroom for you to use as a swing or hammock. Very calming for the nervous system. We have 2 adult bikes in the carpark, kitted with child seats and helmets, and two kid bikes for a ~ 3 and 6 year old if needed. Also 2 cruiser skateboards and one trick skateboard and all the necessary guards, that I'm not precious with. Includes superfast wifi and many nooks to get some work done, including a solid wood desk with professional ring light for zoom meetings and recordings if needed. Quiet, yet walking distance to orchard road - the heart of Singapore, and steps from the prestigious Tanglin club and American club. A short 5 minute ride away from unesco heritage site, the sprawling Singapore Botanic Gardens with all its kid friendly playgrounds. 5 minutes by grab taxi to nearest private hospitals and well stocked pharmacies. 15 minutes to East coast beach and Sentosa island, for sun sand and sea. And of course my support on whatsapp during your stay, for any directions and tips from a local.

Comes with option to utilise our live in housekeeper for light housekeeping and laundry at S$100 cash a week. Compulsory rest day on Sundays. Do discuss this when you message me as sometimes we take her traveling with us! (She uses her own single bedroom.) ------- My mum also lives on site in her double bed room and acts as a very resourceful house and guest manager if required. However if you need the additional en suite double bedroom space please do ask! ------- Home is subscribed to regular pest control. In essence, it is very clean for a heritage 1980s building and you won't have any of the typical tropical pest issues (mosquitos, cockroaches or house lizards)
