We are more than happy to welcome you into our home. Our home is bright, spacious and decorated with beautiful 20th century stucco and wooden floors. The flat holds two en-suite living rooms, a spacious bedroom, a kitchen, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-cooked meal as well as a baking machine where you can knead your own bread and enjoy it the following morning. In the morning we like to sit in the kitchen whilst looking down into the garden enjoying a strong espresso or some fruit from the local shop. The spacious bedroom is situated towards the garden away from the street and holds a doublebed. You can choose to let the sun wake you up in the morning or you can have the blackout curtains drawn if you prefer to sleep in. In the main living room we have a quality daybed and a large sofa which can be used as extra beds in case you need it. In there you can also pop a film on the chromecast in the TV and enjoy a quiet night in. There's not much traffic in the area since the only ones coming in are the ones living here, so there isn't much noise coming from the street. The rules of the building complex dictates that noise is kept at a low after 11 pm on the weekends and after 9 pm on weekdays. Obviously, you can still watch TV, chat and enjoy yourselves after these periods, but the neighbours will expect you to keep it down. We keep our home nice and clean and we will take good care of yours as well.

Our place is located in the heart of the city of Aarhus. The flat is right next to the river that runs through the city and just below the stunning art museum ARoS. The local area offers a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, shops, and grocery shops; everything the city offers is literally right on your doorstep. The main cathedral is only a five minute walk away along the river which will also take you to the cozy latin quarter or to the high street if you're in the mood for a bit of shopping. The beautiful Botanical Gardens are no more than a couple of minutes away by foot, where we normally like to hang out in the sun or go for a long walk on the small pathways of the park. If you're more into the quirky parts of the city the hip and alternative Godsbanen is just a stone's throw away. Here you can explore the many creative options provided by the cool and industrial area or you can grab a beer or a glass of wine at the local parsnip winery. The newly-opened harbour bath is approximately 10-15 minutes away on foot if you need to cool down on a hot summer's day or if you want to give thee viking winter bathing a go. Obviously, we will let you in on all the little secrets of the city; where to find the best pizza; where to go for a sneaky gelato; where to go dancing ; or where you can sit and enjoy the last sunrays of the day.
