Mon calendrier est a jour, merci de ne pas me contacter pour d'autres dates que celles qui sont disponibles. C'est un appartement en duplex avec jardin, qui donne l'impression d'etre dans une petite maison, mais cela reste un appartement, (petit en comparaison des maisons de province en France) avec deux chambres, un salon et une petite cuisine ou l'on peut manger a trois. Il y a un lit a une place dans chaque chambre, et on peut ajouter un bon matelas une place dans la plus grande chambre. La salle de bain a besoin d'etre renovee, mais elle est propre et fonctionnelle. Parking possible dans la rue pour £20 par semaine. Pour verifier les distances et transports avec google maps, utilisez le code postal SE13 5SF.

Le quartier de Blackheath, a 10 minutes a pieds, est un petit "village" de Londres, chic et tranquille. Il ya un petit parc avec des ecureuils et des renards a deux minutes a pieds On a presque l'impression d'etre a la campagne mais en train, le centre de Londres n'est qu'a 20 minutes depuis la gare de Blackheath jusqu'aux gares de London Bridge pour le Shard, de Waterloo pour le London Eye, de Charing Cross pour Trafalgar Square, de Cannon Street pour St Paul Cathedral et de Victoria (30 minutes) pour Buckingham Palace. Pour les francais qui habitent en province et qui ne vont pas souvent à Paris, cela peut paraître "loin" du "centre".

Merci de regarder les dates de disponibilites dans mon calendrier. Je n'ai malheureusement aucune flexibilite dans les dates proposees donc toute demande pour des dates indiquees comme "non disponible" sera refusee. IMPORTANT: - les 3 couchages sont en lits a une place. Je n'accepte pas les "campeurs": je prête mon appartement pour 3 personnes maximum, enfants compris. - nous n'avons ni television ni internet. Mais nous avons un jardin, des jeux de societe et des bedes en francais.

What you will love about this home

Our flat is a duplex, making it feel bigger than it is, but it is still a flat, with 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a living room. It's simple and practical, very standard for London, not luxurious. There is one single bed in each bedroom, with the possibility to add a mattress on the floor in the bigger bedroom. The bathroom is getting a bit old but clean and in full working order with a shower-bath. We have a small garden that gets full sun in the afternoon. Please check my calendar before contacting me. If it's shown as UNAVAILABLE, please don't contact me, it really is UNAVAILABLE. Also, it's only for 3 people, kids and adults alike. Thanks

Blackheath is a lovely London "village", with a posh but laid-back feel There's a park with squirrels and foxes 3 minutes walk from home Trains from Blackheath station get you to Charing Cross station for Trafalgar Square, Waterloo station for the London Eye, Cannon Street Station for St Paul Cathedral, London Bridge station for The Shard in 20 minutes, and to Victoria station for Buckingham Palace in 30 minutes. Blackheath station is in zone 3, in a south-east suburb of London, near Greenwich. Check out my postcode on google map: SE13 5SF.

Please be aware there is no TV and no internet in the flat. Also please note the 3 sleeping arrangements are in 2 single beds and 1 single mattress (good quality) on the floor in the bigger bedroom.
