We've been home-exchanging since 2007 and we still have so much fun and do between one and five exchanges every year. This year (a little original, exceptional, difficult and following a cancellation because of Covid), we had the chance to be welcomed ′ last minute′′ by this adorable couple for an exchange in Aude, France with GuestPoints. We are honored to be chosen too because this is their very first exchange and with their adorable vacation home that has been in the family for 25 years without ever being rented! During the week of our exchange, it seemed as if time stopped. It was a week of recharging batteries and filling the soul with sunrises in front of the Mediterranean, of sleeping with the sound of the waves, of enjoying those moments with family, that little bit of reading, that ice cream in a bar, that swim in a river, those visits to the Castles, that hug from your children, that roll in the waves, that Valencian paella... We loved Moncofar! It's a very quiet village, with few people and local tourism, without much crowding. It's just what we needed this year! Many thanks to Santi and Gema.
