Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home is located just 3 km from centre of Aarhus - the European Cultural Capital in 2017. Classic 3-storey villa in northern part of Aarhus, main city in Jutland. Beautiful garden with several spaces for relaxing in shade or sun. The house is build in 1953 and is typical Danish villa for that period with red bricks and balconies. It has been completely renovated in recent years. In the basement there is a large bathroom and a large bedroom. On ground level there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, two livings rooms connected with french doors, a small bathroom and an extra living-room - we call this room the sun-room, because it is always sunny and warm. 1. floor hosts the master bedroom as well as two bedrooms, each with a balcony. On this floor there is also a small toilet. From one balcony you have great overview over the Aarhus Bay area.
