Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our charming house of 180 m2 consists of a large open living and dining room with entrance to a big outdoor terrace. The kitchen has two ovens, one with microwave, dishwasher, cooker and all the equipment you'll need in a kitchen. From the kitchen you have a wonderful view over the terrace and our large, sunny garden with plenty of flora. You can enter the garden from the living room. The hallway leads to the large kids play-area with plenty of toys and 3 plus the bathroom and laundry room. Two of the rooms are kids’ room and the last room is guest room with a double bed. The master bedroom is in the opposite end of the house. If you come in the spring, summertime or early autumn, the big terrace is perfect for a BBQ. And enjoying the sunny garden, the pool and the trampoline. It's a huge success for both children and adults :-) We have, wifi, Netflix, HBO, Viaplay and Disney+ There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. (More pictures to come soon)

Cosy house in the beautiful Gammel Holte, close to Rude Skov (Rude Wood) in a very nice and quit neighbourhood. The house is located at the end of a closed road. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with easy access the forest, golf, and MTB trail. By bike you can reach the beach or the S-train station wish will take you to Copenhagen center in 22 minutes. There are busses 5 minutes walk from the house that go to the train station. Alternative you can take the can in Copenhagen within 15-20 minutes. The neighbors are extremely friendly and will definitely help with any questions you might have. The house is just next-door to a small forest with sheeps and horses. Easy access by car and Bike to supermarkets, shops and cafes/restaurants, fitness center, and shopping mall. Only a 20 min car-ride gets you to Copenhagen. Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark with a population of more than 1.000.000 and the city has just been voted the 'most liveable city in the world' by the English lifestyle magazine Monocle for the second time. Copenhagen has everything you can expect from a capital - great shopping, lots of old and modern museums, live music events every day all year round, Royal and underground theatres, a great zoo - the list goes on. And don't miss Tivoli, The Little Mermaid, the beautiful royal palace Amalienborg and a stroll along Nyhavn. Take a break from it all in one of the many green parks spread across the city. Lend one of our 5 bikes and see the city from a different angle (Copenhagen is a bikers' heaven with cycle tracks covering most of the city). If you fancy visiting Sweden, Malmoe is only 40 minutes away. Malmoe is the 3rd largest city in Sweden with a population of 250.000. It has a large variety of shopping opportunities not to mention a lot of good restaurants, cafés, parks and museums. Especially the old part of the city centre (around Little Town Square) is attractive with many half-timbered houses and cobbled streets. This area is also packed with cafés and restaurants and is always full of life and outside dining - perfect for people watching and a good cup of coffee. You can also experience the cultural pearl of Helsingør. The city is a 25 min car-ride from the house. Here you can experience Kronborg where the story of Hamlet takes place, shop in some of the wonderful antique shops, enjoy cultural delights at The Culture Yard or soak in the beautiful houses in the Old Town of Helsingør. Our house is child-proof and families with children of any age are more than welcome - but bear in mind that the house is newly renovated. We like to keep it that way. I expect you to leave the house in same condition as it was once you arrived.
