People in Malling love its closeness to the coastline with beaches and forest and its closeness to Aarhus. The village has developed from af smaller station town to a bigger suburb, that now is the home of mainly families with children. In Malling you will find a small cinema, a wine shop, florist, 3 big supermarkets with freshly baked breads and butcher department. A bakery is in the neighbor town Beder, 1 km fra Malling. You can eat and drink well at https://mallingkro.dk/gastronomi-vin/ . Visit the small harbour Norsminde is less than 15 minutes away to eat the best local fish cakes, the kids can catch crabs. The local beach is less than 10 minutes by car and Saxild beach - the best beach in the region - is only 15 minutes away by car. There are also many small local farm shops in the area. Aarhus is less than 30 minutes away by car, bus or train. Located right by the sea, bustling Aarhus has so much to offer, whether you are seeking experiences in beautiful nature or a city break including shopping, great food, culture, historic sites and loads of entertainment.

A perfect place for 1 or 2 families with or without children. The house is spacious and welcoming . We have a garden with a big Terrasse, partly shaded with barbecue. A trampoline for the children to play at, a playhouse and two rabbits. Small playground directly in front of the house and a big playground just around the corner.

Close to the city, sea and forest. The city Malling is a suburb to Aarhus. A nice and quit area, mainly populated by families with children, who wants to live close to both city and nature. 20 min. To the city of Aarhus, Denmark’s 2. Largest city with museums, theater, cafes and shopping. by med kunstmuseum, teater, musik og 10 minutes to both beach an forest. In the city of Malling there is several supermarkets and even a small cinema. There is easy access to Aarhus by bus, train or car.
