Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home is a modern terraced house in two floors and a basement. It has a nice small and cozy garden with a terrace facing south. We also have two large gardens that we share with our three neighbors. In the shared front garden, you will find a playground with a trampoline, slings, a playhouse and a sand box. An old, huge oak tree ensures that you’ll find shade on a sunny summer day or cover on a rainy. In the shared back garden, you can find a 2400 m2 large lawn suitable for sports activities like football, softball, frisbee etc. Also the back garden has a ‘shelter’, a small outdoor wooden cabin where you can sleep outside. In both our own garden and in the shared gardens, you’ll find garden furniture. We have a very friendly cat called "Galina".

We live in Risskov, a suburb located less than 10 minutes by car from the city centre of Aarhus or around 15 minutes by bike. Aarhus is the second largest city in Denmark situated at the bay of Aarhus and dates back to around 700 AD. The city is a thriving university city with top class museums like ARoS art museum of modern art, Den Gamle By/ the Old Town, an open air urban history museum and MOMU, Moesgaard Museum, a stunning museum with anthropological exhibitions. Aarhus is a culinary hub with some of the best restaurants in the country (and in the world according to Michelin). Our house is in a quiet neigborhood, about 500 meters from the local beach where you can swim, walk or take the bikepath along the coast to the city centre. Within a short walking distance, you will also find Risskov forrest, where you can enjoy the nature, fantastic views of the Bay of Aarhus and several running tracks and outdoor gyms. Grocery shopping is 5 minutes by car, and Risskov offers several local bakeries, restaurants, pizzarias, and small shops. The harbour is close by where you can buy fresh fish at the fish mongers and find several restaurants with a view to the harbour front.

In the shared back garden, you can find a 2400 m2 large lawn suitable for sports activities like football, softball, frisbee etc. Also our shared garden has a bonfire and a “shelter- an open wooden cabin for sleeping outdoor.
