Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Modern and bright apartment with large windows and a beautiful view overlooking the canal and the small local marina. Two balconies where the view can be enjoyed while having a drink or coffee. And the place where you can smoke, since smoking is strictly forbidden inside. The apartment has a large open living area consisting of a living room with a big television(1) and sound system(2), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven etc. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. One bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Lift in the building. Private parking in the basement of the building. Wifi (1) The televison uses a set top box with access to a variety of danish, swedish, norwegian and german channels. The HDMI plug for the set top box can also be used with your own device. (2) The sound system connects to our own music player or smart phone using bluetooth.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Take a lovely stroll (or run) by the water in the Islands Brygge area or in the nature of Amager Fælled (350 m). There are several possibilites of taking a swim or boat rent in the area. For instance visit the artifical made sandy beach at Havnevigen (600m) or Havnebadet (1200 m) in the other end of Islands Brygge to take a jump in the water from the tower. Right beside Havnebadet there are picnic boat rentals. If you walk over the nearby Bryggebroen (bridge for pedestrians and bicyclists) you can reach the Fisketorvet shopping center (500 m) with many shops and restaurants. Right beside the shopping center there are also swimming and boat renting options. Daily shopping in walking distance can also be done in Irma (150 m) and Netto (250 m). Bakery Emmerys (200 m) and bakery Lagkagehuset (600 m). Nearest restaurants are just beside the Emmerys bakery. Many other restaurants, cafes and bars are found in the local (Islands Brygge) area. Approx. 1 km to Kødbyen with several moders restaurants. Approx. 2 km to Tivoli. Approx. 2,2 km to City Hall square and start of the Latin Quarters start (waking streets).

There is 1,1 km to Metro and 800 m to S-trains (like Metro but not underground). 2,8 km to City Hall Square. And recently a lot of electric scooters for rent (directly from app) has appeared in city. Can be a convenient way to get around. Privat parkeringsplads i parkeringskælderen Havnebussen ca. 300 m, som sejler til mange af Københavns attraktioner. Bus 250 S ca. 300 m Lufthavn Taxa pris ca. 170-200 kr, tid ca. 10-15 min. Tog/bus pris ca. 55 kr./person, tid ca. 35-40 min. Tager toget til Hovedbanegården og derefter bus 250 S.
