Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

My home is fresh, clean and modern. The apartment has a 20 m2 terrasse with lounge furniture and sun during the daytime. Futhermore there is a balcony. There is one bedroom with a bed 140x200 cm, a 2nd bedroom with a bed 120x200 cm and a 3rd bedroom with a 90x200cm bed (this bedroom I usually lock up with all our stuff that has to be put away - but it can be used if we have agreed on this beforehand). All the beds are very comfy. The bathroom is big, bright and clean with a shower cabin. The living room has a sofa, an armchair and a tv with Netflix and other streaming apps. The kitchen has anything that might be needed and a Big table seating 5-6 persons. There are several playgrounds in the huge garden (shared with other residents). There is also a petanque court, fireplace (open fireplace) and a barbecue in the shared garden. My home is situated perfectly in the very center of "Islands Brygge" - the very place to be in Copenhagen ;)

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Amazing neighborhood right in the heart of Copenhagen. 2 min walk to “Havnebadet” (where you can swim in the summer - see my first picture), 5 min walk to Christianshavn, 10 min walk to Tivoli and Strøget (very long shopping street). You can basically walk to everything! Or walk 3-4 min to the metro station. Loads of small local shops, restaurants and cafés. There is supermarket about 50 meters from my appartment. Islands Brygge (where the apartment is) is the most hip place in Copenhagen!

¿Algo más que añadir?

No pets, no large groups, no parties. Must be quiet between (10 pm and 08 am). Obviously it’s okay to be on the terrasse in the evening and night.... but no loud music, shouting etc. I don not rent out or make exchanges with groups of young people that come here to party.
