Floor heated and modern equipped home with a bath, WiFi, Netflix and an expressomachine Big garden with a trampoline and other toys Plenty of playgrounds for young kids Just 2 minutes walk to an indoor swimmingpool Use our bikes and bakfiets (cargobike) Our house is newly built in 2015, modern and well isolated. Comfortable bed for parents, a bunk bed for 2 children (optional 1 extra on a spare bed), a bedstead for a younger child, and an extra double bed in the addict that we have for visiting relatives but is very comfortable as well. We have a fully equipped kitchen (this mom loves to cook), bikes in many forms and sizes (we all love to bike), including a "bakfiets" that can fit 3 kids, or a maxicosy baby-seat. Our garden has sun and shade all day and is great for kids with the trampoline, grass lawn and sand box to play. The direct neighborhood offers several fun playgrounds, there is a swimming pool 200 meters away, and a large outdoor swimming pool (de Dolfijn) at biking distance. Several supermarkets/bakeries are walking distance away, as well as the train station and the lively town center of Best. The train will take you to the city center of the design and technology capital of the Netherlands, Eindhoven, in 10 minutes, and to the historic city of Den Bosch within 20 minutes. Utrecht is an hour drive away, Amsterdam 1h30m. For families, there is the Best Zoo, safari park Beekse Bergen, Dierenrijk in Nuenen and of course the Efteling in Kaatsheuvel. All within 30 minutes driving distance. For nature lovers, there are beautiful biking routes in the direction Oirschot and Oisterwijk, de Loonse en Drunense Duinen, and several nature parks and heatherlands around Best and Eindhoven. Since we moved to the Eindhoven area in 2011, we have explored the area in detail and are happy to give suggestions based on your personal interests!

Just 1 hour by car to Amsterdam Just 30 minutes to the Efteling Just 30 minutes to Belgium Just 45 minutes to Germany 10 minutes walk to the train 15 minutes to Design city Eindhoven Quiet, spaceous neighborhood with broad sidewalks. All houses built between 2014 and 2018. Many kids, nice little playgrounds, situated right next to sports fields, athletic court and swimming pool. Borders a neighborhood built in the 70's, which is very green and also has multiple playgrounds and -fields. Center of Best is walking distance away, and offers a small cinema, restaurants and cafés.
