Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
We live in a modern home nestled on a hilltop on one of the best streets in South Boulder. Our house has been ground up remodeled 3 years ago with high standing materials and is set on a .38 acre lot. We are close to city activities while surrounded by nature.
From our chef's dream kitchen and the open space of the house, we enjoy the direct view of the Flatiron Mountains.
We also love gathering as a family around the wood fire place during winter evenings.
Our back-yard, favorite place for deer to get some rest, includes a nice terrace for outside lunches (or naps!).
Be ready to enjoy your morning coffee off the front deck with unobstructed views!
