- Central zone a few feet away from Sulis plaza, the heart of the old town of Alghero, and from the seafront, where you can take a bath.

The house has a central position, in one minute you can reach Sulis Plaza, the heart of the town. It’s a very practical position since you don’t have to use the car everytime you go out in the evening, it’s close to many restaurants and bars. It’s also possible to reach in a few minutes by feet the sandy and rocks beaches along the lungomare Dante. There’s a supermarket under the house and in the same street you can find the local market.

La zona è molto centrale, in 1 minuto si arriva alla piazza Sulis, il cuore della città. È una posizione molto pratica perché permette di non dover usare la macchina ogni volta che si esce la sera, essendo vicina a molti locali e ristoranti. Inoltre è possibile anche raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutte le spiaggette che si trovano nel lungomare Dante. C’è un supermercato sotto casa e sempre nella stessa via è presente il mercato del pesce e ortofrutta.
