La casa della rocca est située dans le village idyllique de Camagna Monferrato, au milieu d'un paysage protégé par l'Unesco. C'est une grande maison à deux étages, récemment rénovée.

Le Monferrato est l'un des joyaux du nord de l'Italie, semblable dans tous ses paysages à la Toscane plus célèbre, surprenant pour ceux qui le visitent pour la première fois. C'est une région vallonnée composée de petits villages historiques, où l'agriculture biologique et la production d'un excellent vin sont les principales activités visibles de l'homme. La région convient à ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité, le bien-être, la beauté des paysages, la marche à pied ou à vélo ... et la bonne nourriture, puisque les petits restaurants de la région à eux seuls valent le détour. Camagna est une sorte de village idéal, perché au sommet d'une colline, avec une vue dégagée jusqu'aux Alpes. Autour de Camagna, les charmants villages de Vignale, Frassinello, Lu, Cuccaro, Olivola, Moleto, constituent une région d'une beauté incontestée.

La casa della rocca is located in the idyllic village of Camagna Monferrato, in the middle of a landscape protected by Unesco. It is a large two-storey house, recently renovated.

Monferrato is one of the gems of northern Italy, similar in all its landscape to the more famous Tuscany, surprising for those who visit it for the first time. It is a hilly area made up of small historic villages, where bio agricolture and the production of an excellent wine are the main visible activities of man. The area is suitable for those seeking tranquility, well-being,, the beauty of the landscapes, walking or cycling ... and good food, since the small restaurants in the area alone they would be worth the trip. Camagna is a sort of ideal village, perched on top of a hill, with open views reaching as far as the Alps. Around Camagna the delightful villages of Vignale, Frassinello, Lu, Cuccaro, Olivola, Moleto, constitute an area of undisputed beauty.

La casa della rocca, si trova nella omonima via della rocca, all’interno di un cortile privato, nel centro del paese di Camagna Monferrato, a pochi passi dalla splendida chiesa di Sant’Eusebio. E’ una casa tradizionale di ampia metratura la cui parte abitabile è disposta su due piani, con tre camere da letto, due bagni, un ampia cucina aperta abitabile ed un salone doppio. Nel salone è stato posto un divano letto capace di ospitare ulteriori due persone. Ci sono inoltre due camini funzionanti, come testimonianza di una casa dove per molto tempo a principale fonte di riscaldamento era la legna nel fuoco. La ristrutturazione appena terminata ha messo in evidenza i materiali originali, valorizzando lo spazio con un arredamento curato nel design, con una alternanza di mobili contemporanei e mobili tradizionali della casa. Il cortile privato antistante permette l’organizzazione di bei pranzi all’aperto, nella bella stagione o quando il tempo lo permette La casa è inoltre dotata di un infernot privato all’interno. Gli infernot sono gallerie interne scavate nel terreno, che hanno valso a Camagna, oltre all’indiscutibile bellezza del paesaggio, la nomina a comune protetto dall’Unesco. La casa della rocca è pertanto un luogo pieno di fascino, adatto a famiglie, gruppi di amici, o semplicemente a chi vuole trovare relax, pace e bellezza, in un grande spazio dedicato.

E' una zona particolarmente bella per passeggiare, andare in bici, o semplicemente guardare il panorama dal tavolino di un ottimo ristorante, sorseggiando vino.
