Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

A grand beauty of a home in one of the best neighborhoods - within walking distance to coffee shops, public parks, restaurants, the Belcourt Theatre and both Vanderbilt and Belmont University. A 10 min uber to all the downtown action. The house itself is classic (built in 1914) and comfortably updated with a large kitchen, music room with piano and guitars, two living rooms and a formal dining room that seats up to 12 if you wish to celebrate a holiday here. All four bedrooms are upstairs - the master with a queen bed and en suite full bath and three other bedrooms (queen, full, bunk bed) share another full bath. There is an art room/office with a stand up desk and multiple screens for your working comfort. The front porch swing is a lovely spot for morning coffee and the back porch has a couch large enough for the whole family to read books or play a board game. Depending on when you stay there will be flowers blooming and veggies growing in the garden. This is the primary home for our family so availability for an exchange is limited to school holidays.

Quiet tree lined streets and sidewalks that can take you to Hillsboro Village, Belmont, and 12 South. Coffee shops and Jenni’s ice cream is a 5 min stroll away as it Dragon park with community tennis courts, and multiple playgrounds for kids. It is walkable, safe and beautiful.

For the house: there is a grill on the side porch, a large mudroom with a washer, dryer, drying rack and utility sink. There is equipment we are happy to let you borrow - bikes, tennis rackets, etc. i am happy to provide recommendations on where to eat, what to see, where to shop for groceries or other goods. We want your stay to feel like coming to your second home!
