A grand beauty of a home in one of the best neighborhoods - within walking distance to coffee shops, public parks, restaurants, the Belcourt Theatre and both Vanderbilt and Belmont University. A 10 min uber to all the downtown action.
The house itself is classic (built in 1914) and comfortably updated with a large kitchen, music room with piano and guitars, two living rooms and a formal dining room that seats up to 12 if you wish to celebrate a holiday here. All four bedrooms are upstairs - the master with a queen bed and en suite full bath and three other bedrooms (queen, full, bunk bed) share another full bath. There is an art room/office with a stand up desk and multiple screens for your working comfort. The front porch swing is a lovely spot for morning coffee and the back porch has a couch large enough for the whole family to read books or play a board game. Depending on when you stay there will be flowers blooming and veggies growing in the garden.
This is the primary home for our family so availability for an exchange is limited to school holidays.
