The beautiful and modern kitchen, the sunny serre and rooftop terrace. There is always a place to sit back and chill and enjoy the sun. Children will love the garden with a sandbox, slide, swing and trampoline.

Shops and supermarkets are really close (only 10 minute walk). There is a nice city center with restaurants, shops, supermarket, bakery, bar and coffeeplace there as well. If you want to go to downtown Groningen you will be there in 10 minutes by bike.
There is a swimming pool closeby and playgardens are everywhere around the house.

Our home is really cosy and modern. The house is only 5 years old and we love to live here. We love to hang out in our big kitchen with cooking island. Also the garden is very nice to chill and we have a rooftop terrace with sun.
We have a lot of toys (as well indoor and outdoors) for young children and there is a swing, slide and trampoline in the garden.
For the sport fanatics there is a table tennis table.
There are 3 bikes available, 1 is an e-bike with children seat.

The neighboodhood is really nice. The center of Helpman is only a 10 minute walk and if you want to go to the center of Groningen it is a 15 minute ride by bike.
