Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

Our home is 3 finished stories and includes 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs, an upstairs office, a gourmet kitchen, and two patios outside for hosting, one of which boasts a jacuzzi! Bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a king bed (brand new Casper mattress) and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen and double bed, respectively, and share a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen includes gas appliances, a center island that's great for hosting, a fridge/freezer with ice maker, double sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Living spaces: The upstairs family room has a home theater and 65" tv, while the basement boasts a 55" tv, couch, and exercise bike (we often use the room for Peloton classes). We also have a living room that is great for kids to play in and a dining room for meals. Connectivity: We have gigabit-speed internet, and the house is wired for Ethernet along with wifi throughout. We also have cable and an Apple TV for watching tv through apps. Outside: The patios include a grill, fire pit, dining tables, and jacuzzi. The front yard is large and perfect for lounging in a hammock or chatting with neighbors.

Situated 30 minutes from Washington, DC, we're the perfect combination of small-town feel and access to the nation's capital. We are a 5-minute walk from a fantastic trail (paved and dirt) that we often run and bike on, a 15-minute walk from a local brewery, and a 20-minute walk from downtown (which boasts great coffee, wine, restaurants, and books). We live on a quiet cul-de-sac and love that our dogs can run around in our front yard without any fear of passing cars. Lots of kids in the neighborhood and a very friendly community that embraced us the minute we moved in.
