Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

Nice family house with garden, 10 minutes by bike to the centre of town and, in the opposite direction, within 10 minutes out of town. Lake and forest nearby. We have a small garden in front of our house, where one can drink coffee and read the newspaper in the morning sun; in the afternoon the backgarden is sunny and the perfect spot for a siesta in the hammock, a small fire to grill some veggies and to eat and enjoy the outdoor living. We love Groningen, the pearl of the North. It's a nice city, there's always a lot to do, almost 50% of its inhabitants are students, which makes it quite lively. We like to have visitors, also when we're at home, so feel free to check if our guestroom is vacant!

Ons huis staat in het zuiden van de stad in een vrij groene wijk. Met de fiets ben je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum van de stad, maar als je de andere kant op fietst ben je in diezelfde tijd in de natuur. Groningen is een echte studentenstad, maar klein genoeg om je thuis te voelen. Er is een kleine voortuin waar de zon 's ochtends schijnt, prima plek om koffie te drinken en de krant te lezen. 's Middags is er in de zomer ook volop zon in de achtertuin, waar een hangmat is en je buiten kunt eten. Er zijn 6 fietsen die je kunt gebruiken. De auto kan voor de deur geparkeerd worden, maar het is wel betaald parkeren tot een max van 2uur per keer, dus het is handig om de auto 500mt verderop te parkeren waar het nog gratis is. We vinden het ook leuk om mensen te ontvangen, ook als we zelf thuis zijn, dus aarzel niet om contact te zoeken.
