Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

Lovely family house, built in 1935 and recently modernized. For Dutch standards a large garden of approximately 1200 m2, with fruit trees, 10 chickens and a playground for children. Spacious living and kitchen, 4 bedrooms. Our living room, kitchen, master bedroom, babyroom and bathroom are all on te ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a study-play- and/or storage room.

Our home is located in Vlissingen (Zeeland) in the southwest of the Netherlands. Zeeland is the hidden gem of our proud country! The most beautiful beaches off the Netherlands can be reached in 5 minutes. The region is known for its beautiful landscapes. Vlissingen and Middelburg are vibrant historic cities with many restaurants, bars and shops. The worldfamous Dutch Delta Works are nearby (20 minutes by car). Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges and Rotterdam (and the mills in Kinderdijk) can be reached within an hour/90 minutes by car. You can reach Brussels, Ieper (WWI memorial), Lille and Amsterdam (Keukenhof) in two hours. Because of the central location in western Europe, we are the perfect startingpoint for weekend trips to Amsterdam and Paris. Our home is in a quiet and child friendly neighborhood. A small shopping center can be found within a 10-minute walk for daily groceries. You can cycle to the lively city center of Vlissingen in 10 minutes. The beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Directly behind our house is a large playground, ideal for children! Our bikes can be used to explore our beautiful region and our car can be involved in an exchange.

Övrigt

We have 2 cats (Foppe and Frats) and 10 chicken (daily fresh eggs!). Smoking is not allowed in and around our house. Looking for a first time exchange. We are kind, clean and humble family that look forward to an exchange in the future! We prefer a location in or near nature and a house with a garden.
