Little house in a hilltop with a breathtaking view on the Esaro River Valley, amid a 17 hectares farm. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom A self-contained kitchen. This is a basic accomodation designed as extra space for the house nearby which is listed under www.homeexchange.it/homes/view/1686248. It is however available as stand.alone accomodation when the house is occupied or for users such as scouts, trekkers, pilgrims.

The house is located at the foot of Mount Pollino ant Pollino National Park It has a breathtaking view over the Esaro River Valley. The property encompasses arable land, a chestnut wood, an oak wood, a vineyard, scattered olive trees and a creek. More photos and information available on the house's own website www.zappammano.it Four generations ago, some of my ancestors lived in San Sosti, a town near Mottafollone, and had several estates there. Then thay moved to Naples, but part of their income was still from the countryside and it litterally fed them when they moved back there during the war years. My father turned thne only estate left into a holiday residence. This is a holiday residence in the countryside. It can't be ready for use all year round. Therefore, unless we happen be there when you arrive, it wll be necessary to hire a local person to make it ready and hand it over to you. Cleaning "The shed" cost 50 EUR. Use of bed sheet and towels is 50 EUR but we cannot always arrange for them (it deprnds on whom we find to do the cleaning). The bathrom offers environment-friendly zero-waste products such as olive oil soap, solid shampoo, bamboo sticks and toothpaste tablets.

2 camere da letto Bagno con doccia cucinino monoblocco Sistemazione spartana concepita come spazio extra per la casa vicina che è disponibile qui www.homeexchange.it/homes/view/1686248. E' disponibile da sola quando la casa vicina è occupata, oppure per ospiti come scouts, escursionisti o pellegrini. Il bagno ha forniture da toilette ecologiche a zero rifiuti: sapone all'olio d'oliva, shampoo solido, cotton fioc in bambà e dentifricio in pastiglie. Sono visibii in una delle foto.

La casa sulle propagginii del massiccio del Pollino e nell'omonimo Parco Nazionale, domina un paesaggio collinare incantevole. La proprietà comprende terreno arabile, un castagneto, un querceto, una vigna, ulivi sparsi e un fiume. A distanze comprese tra mezz'ora e un'ora si trovano: - Santuario N.S. del Pettoruto - Altomonte, cittè d'arte - San Marco Argentano, città normanna - Guardia Piemontese, città occitana - Mar Trirreno (Belvedere, Diamante, Guardia Piemenotese) - Mar Jonio (Sibari) - Centro commerciale La Torre, Guarda un video sulla zona: https://fb.watch/bDzwDZRlj5/

Altre foto e informazioni su www.zappammano.it Quattro generazioni fa alcuni vivevano a San Sosti, vicino Mottafollone, e possedevano alcune tenute. Spostatisi a Napoli, continuavano a gestire le loro proprietà, e vi ritornarono durante gli anni della guerra. L'unica rimasta è stata trasformato da mipo padre in casa per le vacanze. E' una seconda casa in mezzo alla campagna e non può restare pronta all'uso tutto l'anno. A meno che non arriviate quando ci siamo noi, bisogna pagare qualcuno del posto per preparare la casa e consegnarvela. La pulizia iniziale della casetta costa 50 EUR. Altrettanto lenzuola e asciugamani, se riusciamo a fornirli. (dipende da chi troviamo per pulire).
