Its a cosy and warm house with a lot of space and a big garden. Our village is 20 min from the city of Groningen.

Characteristic detached house with lots of living space on the ground floor and a lovely sunny garden facing west. The house was built around 1868 and is situated in a beautiful location on Boterdiep.
Onderdendam is a picturesque village with around 600 inhabitants on a crossing of waterways.
The village is approximately 12 kilometers from the city of Groningen and approximately 4 kilometers from the larger centers of Bedum and Winsum.
Onderdendam has a beautiful historic village center and a stone's throw from the house are the marina and the Onderdendamster forest.

Onderdendam is a very nice old village. We have a very good restaurant in the mill next to our house. Also we have a lot of waterways and you can use our Canadian Kano to explore them. There a 2 bikes 1 electric and 1 normal witch you can use.

in 20 min you are in the beautiful city of Groningen. With lots off very nice things to do and lots of restaurants and bars. Very nice old city center!
